Julian Morgan

Regional Director for Swindon

Having successfully studied for a BA (Hons) degree in modern history and a masters’ degree in education, Julian began his career as a history teacher. He then took up a number of different leadership roles at various schools.

Julian’s success in these roles, and his National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), made him an ideal candidate for a headteacher role, and he soon secured a headship at a respected secondary school in Staffordshire.

In his role as The White Horse Federation’s regional director for Swindon, Julian is responsible for the outcomes of the pupils in the area and ensuring that every child achieves their full potential.

Outside of work, Julian is a loving husband and proud father to three beautiful daughters.
