An Emphasis on Growth and Professional Development

At The White Horse Federation, we are fiercely committed to delivering the highest standard of teaching to students at our schools. To make this possible, we understand the importance of providing our staff with regular training and professional development opportunities.

By delivering relevant and regular training to our staff, we ensure that they remain on the cutting edge of teaching techniques, methods, and developments. What’s more, this enables our staff to develop the skills needed to further their career and fulfil their potential for the future.

Swindon Teaching Schools

The White Horse Federation works closely with Swindon Teaching Schools (STS), which is conveniently located at our central offices. Through the STS, some of the brightest minds in the education sector provide high-quality professional courses and programmes. These experts are also on hand to offer any advice and support our staff need.

The training provided by The White Horse Federation is centered around the individual and focuses on the personal growth and professional development of all staff. Equipped with these skills, staff are empowered to become strong and thoughtful leaders and gain truly valuable experiences.

Training for All Staff

It doesn’t matter if you’ve just completed your teacher training or you’ve been involved in education for many years, The White Horse Federation will support and guide you in developing and shaping your career. Training is accessible for all staff — regardless of age or experience — and can be tailored to focus on individual growth and specific areas of improvement. This bespoke style of training gives staff ownership over their progression and allows them to concentrate on developing weaknesses or emphasising strengths.

Improving Teaching; Enhancing Careers

Through the broad range of training, The White Horse Federation maintains an exceptional standard of staff across its schools, meaning students always receive the best education possible.

If you want to join a multi-academy trust that cares about the development of its staff and accepts nothing less than excellence, take a look at our current vacancies and submit an application today.
