TWHF Home Learning Resources Praised by the National Literacy Trust
During recent months, one of the biggest success stories we’ve achieved as a trust is providing weekly updated home learning resources pages for all of our primary school pupils.
This week, one of the teachers most heavily involved in creating resources for our pupils, Jenna Godfrey, was featured in an article by the National Literacy Trust.
Jenna’s experience helped her, and the rest of the school improvement team, create planned weekly resources and videos that helped parents continue their children’s learning at home.
The article, which you can read here: https://literacytrust.org.uk/communities/swindon/supporters/lockdown-learning-nursery-teacher-jenna-godfrey/, also mentions how Jenna and the team made use of resources from the National Literacy Trust while making the home learning materials. Jenna is a specialist in early-years teaching and has been a part of the team making resources for nursery and reception pupils.
At The White Horse Federation, we are committed to delivering the highest-quality and most forward thinking teaching we can. With the help of teachers like Jenna, we’re so proud to have been able to continue providing such a high level of education even for pupils stuck at home.
We’d like to thank everyone involved in delivering the home learning resource pages and also the National Literacy Trust for taking the time to speak with Jenna.
