It’s been a nervous wait for year 13 students at Ridgeway Sixth Form College, Devizes Sixth Form College, Gloucester Academy, John Madejski Academy, and Melksham Oak Academy, but results day finally arrived yesterday.
Students took their exams in May and June, and had to wait more than two months to find out how they did. For many students, the results determined whether they would be accepted into their university of choice, meaning it had been an especially anxious — yet exciting — time.
The White Horse Federation is proud to say that, across our 5 sixth forms, students were delighted with their results. There was a great atmosphere as the results were collected and both students and staff celebrated each other’s success. Their amazing results contributed to high standards across all of the sixth forms, as well as impressive pass rates:
A-level Pass Rates
The following percentages represent the number of students who achieved at least one A-E grade A-level:
Devizes Sixth Form College — 99%
Gloucester Academy — 79.2%
John Madejski Academy — 100%
Melksham Oak Academy — 96.7%
Ridgeway Sixth Form College — 96%
Vocational Pass Rates:
