When shortlisting is complete you will receive an email to notify if your application has been successful or unsuccessful.

If shortlisted for interview, you will receive an interview invitation via our recruitment portal.

Shortlisting & Interview

Once a job has closed, applications are typically reviewed within the first working 72 hours. When shortlisting is complete you will receive an email to notify if your application has been successful or unsuccessful. If shortlisted for interview, you will receive an interview invitation from our Hub HR team via our recruitment portal specifying date, time, location address, panel members and any additional details of any task or presentation required as part of the interview process where applicable.

If successful, you will receive a conditional verbal offer within 48 hours.

Conditional Offer

In the lead up to starting with The White Horse Federation, you will receive further information to help you prepare and settle on your first day via a welcome email. This will contain your induction checklist to go through with your Line Manager/Principal (don’t worry, they’ll have a copy too), confirmation of start letter, staff handbook, benefits info and TWHF visions and values booklet. When you start, you’ll be welcomed by colleagues and can expect your induction to start ASAP to help you feel comfortable, quickly.
