By signing the pledge, we have committed to:
- Recognising that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and some women need support.
- Talking openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause.
- Actively supporting and informing your employees affected by the menopause.
- Changing the culture of your organisation by taking at least one action a year – big or small
We recognise the importance of creating an environment where everyone feels supported, understood, and empowered. This pledge is just the beginning, we are taking meaningful steps to relaunch our Menopause Support Network across our Trust.
